Privacy policy

What we collect

• Address lookups are not stored with any identifier. Server and Cloudflare logs record IP address, page, and time for security and capacity, and are rotated automatically.
• Email alerts and packet requests: your email address, the parcel and address you asked about, the estimated figures at the time, and which option you chose. If you arrived from a link with a campaign or referral tag, we record that tag.
• Purchases: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep Stripe's order reference, your email, the parcel, the amount, and the owner name you typed for the packet cover.

How we use it

To generate and deliver what you asked for, to email you once when the appeal window opens if you requested that, to answer support questions, and to understand which channels bring visitors. If you asked to be connected with an appeal attorney, we pass your email, address, and estimate to that firm and to no one else.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not run advertising trackers. The only third parties that process your data are Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (network), and DigitalOcean (hosting).

Public records

The property data shown on this site is public information published by Ohio county. Owner names are not part of that data and do not appear on the site.
